Tree of Life International Ministries Inc. ("TOLIM") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Christian ministry registered in Cumming, Georgia, United States (EIN 92-0292237). The Site is operated to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, provide information about our ministry activities, and facilitate charitable giving.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You may share links to our content for non-commercial, personal, or ministry purposes with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Donations made through this Site or via Zelle to TOLIM are voluntary charitable contributions to a registered 501(c)(3) organisation. All donations are non-refundable unless an error occurred in processing. TOLIM will use donations in furtherance of its Gospel mission, including crusades, youth conferences, and Good Works programmes.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services including YouTube, WhatsApp, Zelle, and the IRS website. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. By submitting a prayer request or testimony through our Site, you grant TOLIM a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share your submission for ministry purposes (e.g. prayer, encouragement, newsletters), unless you indicate that your submission is private. We will handle all submissions with pastoral care and confidentiality.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TOLIM does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tree of Life International Ministries Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia.
